杨西发,男,汉族,河南濮阳人,中共党员。博士,校聘教授,博士生导师,河南农业大学“青年拔尖”人才。现为河南农业大学植物保护学院农药系教师。主要从事新型农药开发,有机合成方法学研究。在在本领域顶尖期刊Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Catal., Org. Lett.上发表SCI研究论文20余篇,其中第一作者、第二作者文章14篇(其中两篇IF>10)。主持重点科研项目2项。
